Weather in Macau
After 12 years of living here, I am writing about the weather in Macau.
It’s very humid!
It’s unbearably stuffy in summer. Although the temperature above +32 is not understood.
It rarely rains. If it goes, it passes quickly.
From August to September is the period of typhoons. Typhoon is a Chinese word. Tai is too much, fun is the wind.
A strong wind with rain is a typhoon.
Sometimes there are strong ones. Then everything is closed for 2-3 days: transport, bridges, hotels, casinos.
It’s cold in winter. I always wear a down jacket. Despite the fact that +20 +25
In fact, it feels like +14.
There is also a large temperature difference in winter. Morning is +8 and afternoon is +25 (but not the real +25).
