Macau Public Transport
It is represented by large buses.
The route is easiest to understand using Google maps or the Moovit app.
The fare is 6 pataka (=6 HKD) or a MacauPass plastic card (available in supermarkets).
If you pass the verification with your passport at the MacauPass office, the fare will be 3 pataki.
You can also pay for your trip using the Mpay mobile app (you need a China, Hong Kong, or Macau phone number to register).
Pay attention to the stop number – this is very important. Otherwise, you will go in the opposite direction!!!
In addition to buses, there is a light LRT skytrain.
Most of the route runs along the island part.
There is a branch line to the Macau Peninsula – Barra Station.
It is often much easier to take a taxi. But there are few taxis in Macau. It can only be found at the entrance to large hotels.
It is difficult to catch a taxi on the street. There are no taxi-hailing apps.
